SQL SERVER ALWAYS-ON Availabilty Group Error

I am getting this attached error when setting up a listener to a newly created always-on availability group. It throws this error every time I try to create one. The users I am using has all the rights on the domain and on the both the sql boxes.

Any idea?

Did you executed the Validate Cluster under the Failover Cluster Manager to see if there are any issues related to network name and cluster related IP's?
Also please see if this http://kushagrarakesh.blogspot.com/2015/10/the-windows-server-failover-clustering.html can help as similar error was encountered in your case - WSFC API Error 5057
