Use command button to jump down on a long form

I have a very long horizontal form.  When I click a command button on the form I want the focus of the form to jump down to a designated spot on the form.  Can this be done?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

do you mean "long vertical form"?

Yes.  Sorry.
Have you considered making forms that fit the screen and which don't require scrolling?    A common solution is to use tabs.  You can group data so that each tab shows data that belongs together.  Of course, there may also be a schema design issue at play here.

Decided to use tabs but the furnished file was extremely helpful  I'm sure I'll use the concept some day.
