1. When should the numbers in column 'Y' be generated? I ask because the data on the DTA sheet doesn't change very often so I don't think there's a need to do it very often.

i press the 0 DIGIT button
but  only the 0 show in X769

This corrects the problem with X769 (and 2 or 3 others). Is that what you meant by "is not working"? If not then I need more explanation.
