Import 18000 new items in Microsoft dynamic RMS
Hi All,
My company is using Microsoft Dynamic RMS (Retail Management System) as retail application. In store Operation manager, I have to create 18000 new items in it. I have got all the information for all the items includes name, description, cost, supplier, quantity and all rest of the information to create item in the system. It is almost impossible to do it manually. I have google online for import utility but got no success and also have no idea about the required format in CSV file to import all these items and how to import it?
Can anyone help me with this?

I am working as network and system engineer in the company. SQL application is handle by 3rd party and they asked for heaps of money to accomplish this task and my manager asked me to finish this task.
I got all admin rights for SQL server but I am poor in SQL terms. I will follow your instructions and will update you ASAP.
Exact task given by manager:
I need to create duplicates of all items. The new items will be the same as the old but end in the letter "B". (item 5025 will be added as 5025B)
I need all information of the new items to match the old (price, category, etc), however the quantity on hand will be 0 for all new items and both items will stay in the system.
