my cyrus-imap works with 9293 port with tls.
If you can connect to your cyrus-imap, using a tool like openssl, then likely problem is your Kolab config file isn't pointing to port 9293.
Since port 9293 is a non-standard IMAP4S port, you'll have to modify your Kolab config file to connect to this port.
Also, in your Kolab config file, you must setup either explicit TLS connections or some connection type which tries TLS as one of its protocols.

First check the imap configuration in the guam configuration file. Check that cyrus-imap is listening on 9993 with implicit SSL and that you are connecting to guam on 993 with implicit ssl.
