How to fix "The Group Policy Client service failed the logon. Access denied." error?

I have seen every fix under the sun online to fix this. I want to know if someone has a 100% solid fix for this. This is the only machine this happens to and the other machines at the location dont have this problem. just started noticing this today. Ive done a system restore, and ;didnt correct it. I saw some registry fixes that werent clean cut. Can someone give me an answer to resolve this.
