Need to choose WordPress plug-in for an audio and video podcast

But I am still not so knowledgeable about distribution of the podcast

Here is a list of Theme Forest themes I may choose from.

Suggestions?

If I use a podcast theme on my WordPress site, what is missing from my hosting requirements? Are the videos stored on YouTube? And the MP3's stored on my website?

Does the theme contain the interface to iTunes and other podcast distribution outlets?

I am pretty new at this and do not yet have a feeling for what is what.
