Can't configure Virtual Switches to bind to external storage VM 6.0
I have a dell PowerEdge 3200i storage (ISCSI) I have 4 IPs 172.16.20.11 - port 0 -0, 172.16.20.12 port 01-1, 172.16.21.11port 1-0 and 172.16.21.12 port 1-1
I'm trying to create my virtual switches to connect to the storage and it's not binding now matter what I try. I've enclosed a picture of what I have that's not working. I'm not sure at this point what to do any help would be much appreciated. I'm using ESXI 6.0

OK changed it but still nothing. In the dynamic discovery I'm adding all 4 IP's 172.16.20.11, 12 and 21.11 and 12.
build your iSCSI Storage network like my EE Article
HOW TO: Add an iSCSI Software Adaptor and Create an iSCSI Multipath Network in VMware vSphere Hypervisor ESXi 5.0
(also works fo 6.0)

OK this is what the actually Controller for the ISCSI storage says:
Raid Controller Module 0 HIC 1 Port 0 - 172.16.20.11 - unconfigured
Raid controller Module 0 HIC 1 - port 1 - 172.16.20.12 - configured
Raid controller Module 1 HIC 1 Port 0 - 172.16.21.11 - configured
Raid controller Module 1 hic 1 port 1 - 172.16.21.12 unconfigured.
Maybe that can help?

Teaming NOT supported with iSCSI!
Multipath! (that's why we do multipath)
But check with Vendor SAN, as to what they support.
If you want four nics, and IP Addresses in the host, then just add four nics, and work out the failover required.

So add 4 nics to one switch?
if you must do 4 nic iSCSI seems OTT!

the issue was on the SAN. I had to reconfigure the IP's there once I did that everything connected.
oh! not quite sure how that affects bindings....

remove the nics in standby, make them active...
why have standby nics, if they occupy a port, and are cabled up!
