ONE DRIVE FOLDER NOT OPENING UP OFFICE DOCUMENTS
2016 Office Documents like (word & powerpoint) not opening up when trying to open them in the one drive folder
Do you see any error message? Typically documents open with Office Online from One Drive. You don't even need anything installed in your laptop/computer. I assume you are trying from a laptop or computer? Do you see the icons properly displaying? Provide some more details on what happens when you click on the same. Also check if pop-ups are enabled. When you click on a document, it always opens in a new window. If popups are blocked, nothing is going to happen

They are trying to access the one drive file from their one drive folder in file explorer. When they click on the powerpoint file in their one drive folder. Quickly the power point application pops up then goes away.
