Office 2013 and above.  Everything earlier is out of support.

As commented above it is out of support.
But Outlook 2010 works with office365.
However, if the Office 365 subscription you purchased contains Office 2016, we suggest you to download Office 2016 for better experience

I just setup Office 365 Exchange on Outlook 2007. If it sets up, I support anything.

Office 2007 can be made to work, but it is better to stick with Office 2013, 2016 and 2019.
