Getting Warning Message Using VBA MZTools 3.0 in Access 2013

I purchased and have been using VBA MZTools 3.0 for many years, since developing in Access 2003.  It is a great product.

I am now developing in Access 2013 and have upgraded some of the old 2003 apps to 2013.

MZ tools seems to wok fine but whenever I exit Access I get a message:

'VBA MZ-Tools 3.0' has caused an access violation'.  Remove it from the list of available Add-Ins?'

I can then click Yes, No or Help.  Pressing Help takes me to a Microsoft Docs page for Visual Studio 2012 but doesn't really explain the issue.  At least not that I see.

Is there some way to get rid of the message I'm getting when I exit while using Vers 3?  Is there any problem with continuing to use vers 3 if I just answer 'No' to the prompt I get every time I exit Access?

I figured I'd for sure gotten my moneys worth out of vers 3.0 so I decided to move to the newest version.  I didn't see any versions specific to VBA so I downloaded 'MZTools8VB6' but when I try to install it I have an issue.

No way to get rid of the message. There was a change required for the 3.0 version to work with later versions of Access.  Just answer no to the prompt.

Not sure what's up with that...it should work fine.

I've used Mz_Tools (VBA V3 was free) for years and I too, and others, have encountered this error.  To my knowledge there is no fix.  You'd need to upgrade/buy version 8.

Thanks Jim, I like Vers 3.0 and it does what I need it to do.  I use it heavily to insert Error handling.

Good ot know it's not causing issues other than the annoying message.

When I try to install Ver 8 for VB6 I get ot the screen below.

It looks good but I canot click in the box to select the component I want to install so the 'Next' button is never enabled.

There was a fix, but Carlos took it down when he started charging and it was only available for a short time.   Not many have it.

Just as a shot in the dark; are you doing a right click and "Run as admin"?

Do you have 64 bit Office?   not sure what flavors MZ tools comes in.

Outside of that, out of ideas as I don't have it here.

I get the feeling you downloaded the wrong version (for VB instead of VBA), try https://www.mztools.com/download_thanks.aspx?productid=MZTOOLS8VBA

Another tool you may like to take a look at might be http://rubberduckvba.com/
