This could be because you're...

1) Being NAT'ed through an IP with many people.

When you say 1G connection. Expand more. For example, is this Google 1G async fiber or some other provider.

2) Could also mean one of your neighbors is hacking into your WiFi.

Try rotating/changing your password on a regular basis.

Keep in mind, there is no way to fix this problem. If one of your neighbors is running aircrack-ng, for example, changing your password won't help.

The only fix in this case is to setup some sort of packet filtering on your network to only allow connections to Epic servers from a static IP in your network, then assign a static IP to the machine(s) where you play Fortnite.

A personal computer is a general-purpose computer whose size, capabilities and price make it useful for individuals, and is intended to be operated directly by an end-user with no intervening computer time-sharing models that allowed systems to be used by many people, usually at the same time. Personal computers may be connected to a local area network (LAN), either by a cable or a wireless connection, and through that to the Internet. A personal computer may be a laptop computer or a desktop computer running an operating system such as Windows, Linux or Macintosh OS.
