Hi I've created a form in ms word and included a submit button.
I can get the submit button to work which opens my email and attaches the form ok.
Private Sub CommandButton1_Click()
Options.SendMailAttach = True
ActiveDocument.SendMail

End Sub

However lots of my users use web mail via office 365 and do not have outlook configured.

Does anyone know the code that would send the email direct to an address without the end user have outlook configured on the client device?

Can I suggest a change in methodology?

Take a look at MS Forms.

This should be part of your O365 subscription and is a great way of creating questionnaires or surveys or forms and does not need an email as such.

The author emails a link to the form to those required to complete it and when completed the results of the form submission will be stored in an Excel file accessible by the form author.
