Cannot save to an XPS file

What are some of the reason why I cannot save to an XPS file?

Not all programs support "Save as XPS"...

That said, you can print the page(s) you want to the XPS printer driver, in effect creating the XPS document...
Most Windows systems come with the XPS printer driver pre-installed... If not on your PC, see the article posted above for instructions on how to (re)install it!
