finding the character from a string after the nth occurrence of another character.

Dear Experts,

I have strings in the format below.

"2~212.88.127.3~641~10~3~01~internet~X~0~X~8672610208821278~64110-6007-47841~3333~X~X~X~X~X~X~20~X~X"
some have a value "3333" after the 13th occurrence of character ~ and others don't have

I want to pick only those that have the "3333"

But i am failing
