Finding my Sent folder in Outlook (Mac) v. 16.18?

I have used Outlook for months, but must have clicked something. Now, I can not find my Sent folder.

Is there an option to return the UI to the default?

I am not sure what changed, but it's hurting my productivity!

Can you post a picture of your folder list?  It is possible that certain folders (inbox, sent, ...) are now grouped differently.

To that end, also check your preferences.  There used to be a toggle that would alternate between showing each account as separate folder trees on the one hand or showing folders such as all the inboxes under one parent "inbox" folder.  Similarly for the "Sent items" folders.

Finally, can you search for a message you just sent?  If so, do an advanced find for the subject.

Here is the view. It's just my Inbox and I can not find the Sent folder.

Hi there,

I was referring to the folder list, also called the "sidebar" in Outlook for Mac 2016.  Check the View menu and make sure the Sidebar is selected.  Once done, post a pic of the sidebar (aka folder list).

Also, did you check your preferences?  Did you try to do a mailbox wide search?

Fixed. View/Sidebar was the answer!

Glad I could help!

I did. It was this "Check the View menu and make sure the Sidebar is selected."
