Thanks all for your great help. I appreciate
I am using Macbook. I have Mail app. I am not using it, but it has my emails and take huge space. I can't delete the app it's not allowed from Mac OS. So how to stop using it? So I can save the space.

Thanks a lot,

OK .. to free up maximum space ..
Open the Mail App  ..Go into the PREFERENCES and use the MINUS button on the ACCOUNTS tab to delete all the accounts.
Then you can look in the users Library folder (in the Finder press the GO menu, choose "Go to Folder" and enter ~/Library .. this will load the Library Folder  .. and remove the contents of the 'Mail' and 'Mail Downloads' folders
That'll free up 99% of the space but avoid deleting the Application itself which is hard to remove (although it can be done) and harder to re-install in the future without a full OSX reinstall.
Also I'd not recommend deleting the app as the SEND TO MAIL feature in OSX under the sharing icon is all over the system and you might have issues if you delete the application completely
