Could you check if you configure the out of office in OWA (Outlook Web App)?
Please to make sure if it is only affecting Outlook.

Yes I have exactly the same behaviour.
I only received one email.
You mean you received only one email with the out of office?
When you replied to your out of office?
Regards
Valentina

I have only the issue in Outlook. I have the following error: "Your automatic reply settings cannot be displayed because the server is currently unavailable. Try again later."
No idea why?

I tried to switch from cached mode to online mode. It did not solve the issue.
But finally it works with the option: "Remove all entries under Windows Credentials regarding the ย profile"
Thanks
