"Reading Tagged Document"...how to turn that off?

Acrobat Professional 8 today for some reason started popping up a "Reading Tagged Document" window, every time I open a pdf.  How do I get it to stop trying to read the pdf documents? See the attached file for the popup window message.

Remember Adobe 8 was not much good after XP and the advent of 64-bit operating systems,

Thanks John.  I tried that one and what it does is just not pop up the window.  It is still "reading" the document. I don't know why it started doing that today. I have this installed on three machines and the other machines are not doing that.  Would like to figure it out, but if I can't, I'll just switch to a different company like Nuance.
Or a much newer Adobe Acrobat version . I do not have this issue (Acrobat V19)

On the problem machine, make a new, test Windows User Profile (Account). Log into the new Windows Account and test again

Actually, this machine has Adobe Acrobat 8 Pro on it.  And it only did that yesterday after an employee forwarded a pdf.  and thereafter, every pdf would trigger that popup. I notice it didn't do it at all today, so makes me think it was something about that one pdf that somehow caused there to be a temporary thing where Adobe was trying to "read tagged document"?
Adobe 8 is dead . Try upgrading it
