Ratio of successive rows in SQL Server

Suppose I have a table where the first column is a date and the second an integer.

2016-06-01    10
2017-02-03    20
2017-07-04    30
2018-03-06    40

I'd like an SQL query to return both columns with an extra column containing the ratio of the previous column to the current column.

2016-06-01    10  Null
2017-02-03    20  0.5
2017-07-04    30  0.666
2018-03-06    40  0.75
