Migrate from Office 365

Need to migrate a small group of users from "Cloud based Office 365" over to traditional Office 2016 per desktop.  Is there any utility to do so?

do you have Azure AD connect in place?

If yes, you can create similar users with onpremise and sync them with cloud users

Group write back is also an option Azure AD Connect have but former is simple
Do you still want the other items of Office 365 plan except for Office 2016? Subscribe to a plan that does not include Office 2016 and move those users to that plan.

David:  We do not use any CLOUD solutions this outfit is new to our company and we're migrating to our IT environment.  We use Office 2016  on the workstation only we have no need for any other services that are part of Office 365.  All that we want is to migrate their data to our Office 2016 environment I'm not sure if this new company use's Exchange in the cloud as well.  Any thoughts on how to get all of new users data (Outlook; Word and Excel) migrated onto a new Office 2016 on their workstation.

Appreciate your thoughts are their migration utilities to assist in this process..

No real solution will  research myself
You can try SysTools Office 365 Backup & restore software to backup Emails and other items into PST format. Then you can easily import MS Office Outlook. Try demo:
