I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

what you need to do, create one resource group in Australia region

Then go to resource groups in Azure portal, select your current resource group pointing to SEAsia and select all resource and click move and select target Australia resource group

All your resources should get moved there, some downtime will need to be factored depending upon total VMs, there size
May be you can contact Azure support to identify exact downtime requirments

TO migrate the VM's from one region to another region, follow this steps
Create a Recovery services vault
Enable replication for a VM
Run a failover to migrate the VM

Hi Mahesh, Thanks . But it does not let me move from resource group in MSDN to resource group I have with PAYG
Hi Prabhin,   Thanks.  Is this procedure good enough for just moving ?  How to prevent the replication later ( My thought on replication is it will happen in regular intervals. I may be wrong)
CEOs need to know what they should worry about

Nearly every week during the past few years has featured a headline about the latest data breach, malware attack, ransomware demand, or unrecoverable corporate data loss. Those stories are frequently followed by news that the CEOs at those companies were forced to resign.

Hi Mahesh, Sorry. I am could initiate  move to the PAYG subscription. But the validation failed  "This subscription is not registered to use Microsoft.Compute/ManagedResourcesMove feature"
U need to call Azure customer care / support and ask them what if extra needed to complete migration from resource group to resource group

It also appears that he is going from 1 subscription to another as well as changing the region.
