In a public school there are a number of Lenovo Flex 4 1480 Ideapads in which computers will cease powering on until the back of the computer is removed and the battery unplugged. &nbsp;After waiting for 30 seconds and plugging the computer back in the computer will work. &nbsp;Would the problem be a battery, an update from Lenovo, or motherboard?

What reasons would a user of a Lenovo Flex 4-1480 have to continually unplug the battery and replug in the battery to get the laptop to power on?
