prior to creating a new profile i did look at the credentials manager &nbsp;and it says that &nbsp;windows credentials have been disabled by you system administrator ,Bear in mind that i am the system administratorAlso Certificate &nbsp;based credentials are also disabled . No Generic credentials was created . Also any PST's that was inaitially &nbsp;created when the issue first started was moved and renamed.. attempted &nbsp;to archive again and was prompted for a username/password .. i will recheck the permissions on the network folder where the PST's is being created and will let you know
