Google Maps Pixelation

Hi,
User is has Google Earth Pro installed, but when they access Google Maps in Chrome they see heavily pixelated images when in 3D mode. I have reset cache in Browser as well as resetting cache in Google Earth Pro. I have also toggled Open GL/Direct X settings, no luck. Google Maps runs fine in Internet Explorer.
Can anyone help with this?

Thanks All

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

google earth is a red herring.

When you change the zoom level the screen has to refresh. try clicking 2D and then 3D if at 3D this should force a refresh

I have bounced back and forth between 2D and 3D, when I do it looks as if it renders correctly but will then pixelate after a moment.
