PDF's crashing IE11

We are experiencing IE 11 Crashing or what it says is Stopped working...so when a few of our users that use State Tax Forms websites the get down to the PDF's and when they click on the PDF they need to view and it crashes IE11 or like I said it stops working.

Does anyone have any fixes or has anyone seen this happening?

IE 11 opens PDF files just fine, so it seems like a Website problem here.

On one machine, open IE11, tools, internet options, and do a full Reset.
Make sure Flash and Java are right up to date. Java is V 8-191 now.

Try that and please let us know.

John,  IE11 doesn't open PDF's here, so I have narrowed it down to a Adobe DC update that happened less than a month ago, but not 100%.
Thanks and I have done the reset of IE11, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe DC Reader, alot of these sites have their own java so you can't use the norm Java, they use one called Browntech.
So it is likely a Website issue at this point. Have you talked to the Support people that keep the forms?

Adobe DC Reader (and Acrobat) are version 19 now and the site may not be keeping up.
Just tried this on a Windows 10 Pro computer with IE11 and it works....this is crazy.
Windows 10 builds what is needed of Flash into Windows 10, so check Flash on the other computers.
Hi John,

Adobe Flash or shockwave?
Flash.  If you have Shockwave, keep it up to date, but some websites are still using Flash (which will be going away some time)
Let me try...stand by.
Haha...Ok so now I have that one working but not sure what I did?

I did go on and install the newest flash beta, then that didn't work so then I uninstalled and reinstalled adobe reader and it worked?

Now before we go with that let me try another computer that it is affected.

Hold on to your hats !!
Please keep us posted.
Still happening and what I found on a couple of PC's was that if .NET Framework and completed all Windows 7 updates that it worked on a couple.
Still working on getting a fix and complete it on all PC's.
