How do I set up automatic backup of Outlook 365?

Could you be more specific here? Which workloads/services you are looking to backup? And for what reason? Have you gone over the service continuity documents which explains how Microsoft backups your data and what they will do in case of a disaster? I tried SysTools.   It does not work.   When I entered my Office login information, it says it is invalid.   I know I entered the correct information.   I contacted their tech support and they want me to jump through all sorts of hoops to try to get it working.   It is just not worth the effort.   I just need a solution that works automatically in the background.   I can always save the files manually.   Having to launch a backup program every time I want to save the files defeats the purpose.
