The address you sent your message to wasn't found at the destination domain. It might be misspelled or it might not exist. Try to fix the problem by doing one or more of the following:

This is only happening on two addresses, others on the same domain are not having this problem.

I think but cannot be sure that the problem is if mail is being sent by outlook.com, hotmail.com or office 365

I have exhausted all avenues with hotmail sender support as they keep referring to issues SENDING mail, not RECEIVING mail.

When the issue first ocurred the were using office 2010, I updated to Office 365 but still the same

Take a look at your mxthunder site setup.

Normally incoming messages are accepted, then forwarded.

The message you're receiving suggests mxthunder is accepting the mail correctly + has no entry in it's forwarding table for the donna.mcgovern user, so check your mxthunder setup first. Compare a working recipient to the failing one.

you can send test email to those receivers from gmail id and check if you rejection message?

It might be possible that those IDs are rejecting emails from your organization email addresses

Shows recipient donna.mcgovern@c-amackie.co.uk flows through mxthunder, so... you can likely debug this if you own the mxthunder.net login for the c-amackie-co-uk site.

If you don't own this login, there's nothing you can do to effect a fix for this problem.

I have chenged the nameservers for this domain and now seems to work.
