Can't View Video is Still Processing

you uploaded it to where? Youtube? vimeo?

Tip: You'll always end up with smaller videos of higher quality, if you transcode them yourself + self host (on your own Website) your videos.

Then you'll never have to wait for a video to process.

The rest of the video and about the same size took very fast be uploaded except this one. I've share the link on my email when user click video still process on PC browser still can download but for mobile phone can't download at all.

Anyway to fix this video without break the share link tat can affect those users on email when they want to view it later.

Google drive simply hosts files + does no video or audio processing (to my knowledge).

This suggests you're using some tool to transcode + upload your videos.

The tool you're using is what's breaking.

Likely it has crashed internally + so the processing message will show the same forever.
