I don't think so in the sense of randomly turning them on or off. But the page range options may allow Headers / Footers in a page range.

Is it possible to add a suffix to auto page numbering in Adobe Acrobat DC ver 2019.008.20080<br />

I see it allows adding a prefix but I would like to add a suffix as well.<br />

Something like 'Page # of Agreement' not just 'Page #'<br />
