how can I recover a forgotten password for a Visual Land Premier 10 tablet?

          I am needing help recovering a forgotten login password for a Visual Land Premier 10 tablet.

Hi Andrew,

         Thank you for your advise and the link.   When I began filling out the online form request for technical assistance, I suddenly realized that the site was identified as Not Secure.  Seeing that I was entering personal information like my cellular number, residential address, etc., I backed out of it.

No worries George. The Not Secure simply means that the site uses http:// instead of https:// (Actually, my own website is the same scenario except for the "Pay Invoice" part where all the info on those related pages use a secure https:// secured connection.There could also be a temporary problem with the site's certificate.

I personally wouldn't be too concerned about entering info on that site as it appears quite legit, however, the choice is always yours. If concerned, fire up some VPN software before connecting to the site. It will encrypt all of the information to send or receive to the website making it unreadable to hackers, as well as hide your true IP so they won't be able to track where you're really from anyway.

I honestly believe the only way to resolve your issue (apart from doing a hard reset of your device and losing all information) is to seek help from that site.

Hello and Good Morning Andrew,

            Thank you for submitting the Visual Land link.   I went ahead and used  their online form describing my need to resolve the forgotten password issue and requested the need for outlined steps to carry out a Hard Reset as a solution.   I am currently awaiting their response.
