Windows VPN Error

Morning, I am trying to setup a Windows 2016 VPN via LT2P but keep getting the below error.
Anyone know what I can do to fix it?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You are using local addresses, so probably packages went in unencrypted (using the LAN) instead of using the VPN - or vice versa.
Why are those local addresses, and are they identical to the real LAN IPs "protected" by the VPN?
