I need help with the setup of a 360 Degree Streaming to a website

Hi everyone, I have a bit of a challenge to setup a streaming task and hope I could get some ideas and suggestions from the community.

I try to make a streaming video that runs 24/7 and wonder if anyone has some tips to me for both hardware and software.
My company has donated a piano that will be on a public spot. Now I have the tasks to setup a live stream that is accessible on a website 24/7.
The area has WiFi that we can use. So I try to come up with the best equipment and method to make this happen.

It has to be a 360 Video stream that is broadcasted to a website that is made with wordpress.

Does anyone have some ideas on this, of course I cant pay for a expensive cloud service. So my originally thought was to stream it to YouTube (of alternatives) and than embed this into the website. However, I do not find any good explanation, which surprises me since there are so many people that broadcast on webcams all the time.
I have the added issue that I cant connect Ethernet, it need to be standalone wifi so that i do not need a computer in the piano.

The idea is of course that web viewers can see the person playing the upright piano and they can also see 360 degree around so see the people watching.

Any guidance in terms of setup options and best camera for the job, would be very much welcome. I cant afford to make mistakes because the budget is very tight.
