How do I remove a N/A Windows Update from Win Srvr 2016?

On Windows Server 2016, I'm hoping to block an update called "HP - Printers - HP LaserJet 600 M601 M602 M603 PCL6"  because this is a virtual server I'd have no need to print from.  Plus, more importantly, the update attempt keeps failing and I hit an ureachable when I click "More Info"

Thanks, McKnife, but do I need to restart the server afterward?  Because the pesky update is still there.  Is there perhaps a registry tweak that can pull it out?
No restart needed. What happened when using the fixit tool, did it let you deselect detection for that update? So you deselected it but on redetection it did not work? I doubt that a little since it has always worked whenever I used it for drivers that I didn't want.
No, when you go into the WU page, the pending  printer update is still there.
Maybe you need to run the fixit tool again. please do that and see if it still offers to hide that update (it shouldn't). In case it does, do it and retry.
Please feel free to review the attached document which includes screenshots, showing what I'm talking about.  Thanks.Update-Screenshot.docx
That's very odd. It has always worked for me. Could it be, that Microsoft is offering a different driver version each time? So you hide the newest and they simply offer the 2nd newest? Can you see the driver version? Could you try and hide some more of these and see if it finally stops?
Nope, there was just one instance of the HP in the Hide Tool and no version number.
