David, my only need is to send out simple text messages (no pictures and no replies) to employees that have been selected for overtime assignments via my software application. &nbsp;SMSGlobal seems a bit pricey for my needs and Twilio &quot;appears&quot; to be more reasonable based on what I'm reading on their web site (admittedly the pricing can be a little confusing on this stuff, between paying for a dedicated phone number and the per message costs). &nbsp;Since I can't talk to anyone there until after 9AM (EST) on Monday, I was just wondering if you knew exactly what it would cost me if I were to sign up with Twilio? &nbsp;My issue is that I really would rather not take away this capability (which I have done, since I had to &quot;turn off&quot; the functionality to avoid any more &quot;over-charging&quot; from Clickatell) and, if I could feel confident about Twilio's pricing, I could sign up online and keep this functionality in my application. &nbsp;If you know great, if not, this isn't really the &quot;end of the world&quot; if they're without the functionality for a day or so....Thanks!

I decided to go with Twilio, since their prices were substantially lower (I'm getting almost 3 messages for the same cost as 1 message from SMS Global). &nbsp;Also, the cost of the dedicated phone number is cheaper, and, in the end, all I really want to do is send out simple text message notifications, no replies, no multi-media, etc. &nbsp;The company I was using was &quot;Clickatell.com&quot; and I would not recommend that company to anyone. &nbsp;Their operation is totally on-line so you have no option for support (or billing complaints) other than to send emails. &nbsp;They started over-billing me like crazy so I had to put a block on my credit card. &nbsp;Thanks for the suggestions, I'm sure either would have been better than Clickatell but I had to go with the cheaper option, since I really don't have any idea, at this point, of the eventual volume of texts once more of my clients start utilizing this functionality!
