Is this device attached to a POE box at the router? &nbsp;My Ubiquiti Access point is hooked up that way. <br />

So then after you try resetting as per above, unplug the &nbsp;POE box and the two Ethernet cables. Leave the POE box OFF for two minutes, plug it back in, and wait another minute. Now plug in the Ethernet cables: &nbsp;LAN to router and POE to Ubiquiti.
