where do I go to obtain a "Plusminus" account and password for setting up a Lumiman wireless bulb with Alexa?

Hello and Good Afternoon Everyone,

I am attempting to set up a Lumiman wireless bulb with my Amazon Alexa which is leading to some questions. As part of the setup instructions for Alexa, I am being required to input my "Plusminus" account and password. I am not sure where to obtain these credentials because this information was not provided up receipt of my wireless light bulb purchase. That said, could someone provide the needed steps for obtaining this information?

I am trying to do this from my laptop as opposed to a mobile device. Can it be done?

Hi David,

Thank you for your recommendation. Apparently, the PlusMinus App needs to be downloaded and enabled on both, the mobile device and the Alexa app. Unfortunately, the complete setup of the Lumiman wireless bulb requires a mobile device with the app enabled on it too in addition to being enabled within the Alexa app.
