"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You write "while doing the install". Installations will usually be done elevated. While elevated, drive mappings that have been created being non-elevated are not accessible by default. Can you create this registry entry on a machine, reboot and retry, please?

->Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System, create a new DWORD Value EnableLinkedConnections with a value data of 1 and reboot.

I went to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies then created new dword 32bit system with value of 1 and it did not workno ntework drives
McKnifeCommented:
I am not sure what your "system" should mean. The value should be EnableLinkedConnections, not "system". Do a reboot afterwards.
