Tidal - how control android from other Android devices (no root)
All posts are how "control the desktop app from phone" :(
But a lot of people need control android device (for example connected to hifi) from other android device or windows (PC).
How do it?

Spotify has fantastic feature "Spotify Connect" that is super easy set-up. You'll need a phone, laptop or tablet with the with Spotify app. Add another device that supports Spotify or has the app (like a speaker or laptop). Connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi network, and log in to Spotify. Then you will be control all device from all other devices.

Spotify's Connect feature is unique among streaming media services.
You could try setting up remote access on the target device and controlling it that way but it's not as convenient. Some options are AirDroid, Teamviewer, Splashtop, etc.

If you think about mp3 (not straming) players you see similar feature?

Spotify is the only music app I know of which does that.

Do you know any other (may be paid) on andorid to play mp3 and easy remote module? I not must use Tidal but AirDroid, Teamviewer, Splashtop is not easy resolution.

Possible - yes.
How - Design the App from start to finish to be controlled by other devices. This will require an App developer with a great deal of experience writing Apps + APIs + security (to ensure no one can hack a connection + start controlling devices they have no authority to control).
You might be able to just control some random App (without ground up design) + the code will be fairly complex.
My guess is this project will be fairly long + will require a large budget.
Good news... Once dev is finished, if coding is done correctly, the resulting code could be used to control... or script... actions in most Apps.
