Hp Pro curve POE switches

Hello

We are using HP Pro curve POE switches.

Some of its access ports are not getting power and they are in searching mode and because of that when I try to connect any end device, it does not work.

Please assist me in this matter

Thanks

Try this command recommended in the link below:

no lldp config 1-24 dot3TlvEnable poe_config

"1-24" is port range, yours could be different.

If I try that command, will it affect the configuration of the switch or any port?

We're working in a running environment and if anything happens, it'll be disaster for our company.

Kindly guide.
Then try the command on just one interface connected to one access point. and when this gives you the result you want to have
do it port by port. before you start always make a backup of you're config.

no lldp config {interface} dot3TlvEnable poe_config
Yes, this is a good idea.

I'll try this tomorrow because it's off time.

I'll be back to office tomorrow and will try this option.

Thanks
Good luck and keep us informed on you're progress
I have tried the command for the interface 10 (no lldp config 10 dot3TlvEnable poe_config), but still it is searching and no power.

Regards
If any access port does not have power and if I configure that port for the printer, will it work or I need to first of all fix the problem of power?

Regards

what does the log says ?
please export the log to here
How and where to check the logs?

Regards
show log does not work. In fact show logging works on my procurve switch.

When I put the command show logging, it shows 100s of logs. Which logs do you need?
