Some drive mapping not reconnecting after reboot
Using a group policy to do drive mapping.
4 separate drive mappings, all set to update all on same server.
If a user reboots, they lose two of the drive mappings, two remain. Only difference, the two drives that disappear (new this weekend) are shared from subfolder on server.
Running GPUPDATE /FORCE, restores the missing drives.
These two drives that disappear on reboot.
H: \\Server\sys2\homedir
S: \\Server\sys2\scansoft
These two drives do not disappear on reboot.

Think I just found the issue, I used rsop.msc on client computer. Saw that an old login script was being applied. I found the GPO that was introducing the login script. Tested a couple computers and it appears to be working now.
Will leave this open, to confirm problem is resolved.

Exactly.
Running NET USE X: /Delete a bunch of times will have no lasting effect if a GPO still applies the actual GPO

Duplicate GPO scripts will certainly cause this issue.
Using GPO Preferences the requirement to create multiple GPOs that contains Login scripts goes away because you can use item-level-filtering
