Changing External IP Address for Citrix XenApp
The company I work for just recently switches ISP's and for now I'm running both parallel until the end of this month. We are currently using Citrix for our employees in are other branch offices to access certain applications. They all use the Citrix Receiver to log in.
My question here is how do I go about changing the external IP address for the XenApp? Right now on are firewall we have the 1:1 NAT configured and when I changed that external address to one of the spare IP's provided by the new ISP and then try to connect to our Citrix server it cannot connect to the Citrix Store. When I launch the Citrix Web interface and open the secure access it is set to Gateway Direct and IP address is set to Default. The only IP that I see is the internal one. I cannot for the life of me see where I can change the external address for the website. The FQDN is set to citrix.energyservicesinc.c
The web interface version we are running right now is version 5.4.0.59 and XenApp 6.5. I read on that you can change the external IP by entering altaddr /set command, but when I try this using command prompt it say's it's not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. I know I'm missing something here, but cannot seem to figure it out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, and if you need more information let me know.

Yes, I am using the Citrix Secure Gateway and not the NetScaler.
When I RDP into the external address I am able to access to Secure Gateway Config and the Citrix Web Interface Management.

Thank you so much. I will try this out tonight when no one is on the network. Don't need a phone lighting up like a Christmas tree in case I mess this up.

After reading your article, and on page 11/25, from my understanding is I just go to the hosts files found in windows ==> system32 ==> Drivers ==> etc and open the "hosts" file in notepad and would add the new IP address/host like so:
x.x.110.71 citrix.energyservicesinc.c
And this is all done on the server that hosts my Citrix Web Interface/Secure Gateway? Apologies for the confusion, it's just when I opened the hosts file all I found was what is in the image I will attach. Was expecting to see the current external IP address that is being used.

The hosts file is only needed if your csg/wi server is not domain joined and needs to resolve names.

Okay. So because energyservicesinc.com is hosted through GoDaddy I would just log on to our GoDaddy account, go to DNS Management and under the Records and edit the Type A or delete it and add a new type A that points to my new external address?
You should be able to edit the A record on GoDaddy to use the new external IP from your new ISP.

Altaddr is a command on a XenApp 6.5 server, not the Web Interface server.
