Separate Outook Calendars for each email account

I have several email accounts in my Outlook.  I have several calendars but they all go under my work email account.  How do I create an Outlook Calendar under another email account in outlook?

If you notice, each calendar will have the associated email name listed on the left hand side of your screen when in calendar view and you can view them side by side

No, I just found out that the problem is that one of the email accounts is actually a gmail account that I have brought in to Outlook.  There is a separate process of bringing those in but it sounds like it is "read only", is that correct?
