IF/AND Formula Assistance

Hello,

Seeking assistance on a nested IF/AND formula.  I need a formula was on the following sequence:

IF A2="CHANGE" AND E2=" " THEN "LOA", IF A2 = "CHANGE" AND P2 = "HR" AND AB2= "HR" THEN "POSITION", IF A2 = "CHANGE" AND P2 = "HR" AND AB2= "EMPLOYEE" THEN "POSITION", ELSE A2

The IF-AND-AND part of the formula is throwing me so hoping someone could assist.
Thanks!

Is E2 actually " " (ie a space) or should it be "" (a blank cell)?
Rob Henson

Much shorter:

=IF(A2<>"CHANGE",A2,IF(E2="","LOA","POSITION"))
