Unlicensed product error on Office365 and Remote Desktop
We have two Parallels (RDS) servers that are getting "out of license" errors on published Office365.  We are working with Parallels and Microsoft and no one has an answer.  Microsoft says we have it configured correctly and Parallels says it is not their issue.  Both parties sent us the Office365 2016 deployment guide.  We own the correct licenses.

You need to make sure you have the ProPlus subscription of Office365. Any other version of Office365 is going to give you problems with licensing on a shared computer (rds server aswell).

Please reference these two guides and make sure Office was installed properly. Incorrect installations will also cause your issue.

Assuming you tried all this and you are indeed using ProPlus, bring your results to Microsoft. Make sure you tell them you're using it on an RDS server. It might take several calls to get a tech that will know what they are doing and be able to help, but licensing issues are a Microsoft issue if you've taken correct installation steps.

Microsoft Office is an integrated suite of applications that includes Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio and InfoPath, along with a number of tools to assist in making the individual components work together. Coding within and between the projects is done in Visual Basic for Applications, known as VBA.
