To have a Wallet, you need to link PayPal to your Bank Account. I have that link to my Account and I can transfer money back and forth. <br />

So I think you set your Bank and verify you can transfer funds.

I am amazed I have to ask this question. I have a paypal account, I want to deposit some money into PayPal, then use it to pay someone.<br />

I’ve tried everything I can think of, cannot see how to do this.<br />

Seems to me should be obvious.<br />
