I am using macrium reflect on two laptops. On my windows 7 laptop, I go to an image, right-click, choose explore, and it creates a new drive with all my folders in it.<br />

On the windows 10 laptop (someone just replaced the hard drive and insisted he copied everything over, but we're missing a bunch of stuff), it gets to the &quot;creating a drive&quot; portion, finishes, but the drive never shows up.<br />

Software is any set of instructions that directs a computer to perform specific tasks or operations.
