DNS is broken i think...
DNS issue
so i am new to DNS, here is my problem
we have a marketing site hosted, externally the site works perfect however lately internally when we hit the url we get page cannot be displayed, the fix is to go to our DNS servers and clear cache which works for about 30 minutes then it breaks again

www.perksatwork.com - it works fine externally but internally there is the problem, sometimes the page does not load or the pics does not load

i did look at the cache on the dns server and the ip's are correct
The network capture will show what response the client gets.

we stopped the DNS cache on the dns servers and it resolved the issue temporarily

Cisco umbrella just admitted they are having the issue.
