I tried the following which did not work:

I installed recent Windows updates.
I reset and repair Microsoft Edge

I use Edge (and have done for a long while) and it works on all sites I use. I am on Windows 10 V1809.

1. Try a different browser. The site may be incompatible with Edge.
2. Start, Setting, Apps.   Scroll down to Microsoft Edge. Click on it, and then Advanced options. You see both Repair and Reset.  Repair first, then Reset, then close out and restart the computer.  Test.

Please let us know.

Your suggestion did not work John. I opened Edge, went to google.com, afterwards, Edge closed by itself.

I can open visit website with another web browser. I already executed DISM and I believe SFC commands.
Since this did not work, try the following:

1. Make a new, test, Windows User Profile (Account). Log into the new Windows Account and test Edge.

2. If a new Windows Profile does not solve the problem, do a Windows 10 Repair Install and Keep Everything.

Go to the Media Creation Link:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Windows 10 is running, so click on the Download button (not Upgrade Button, select Save.
Create a USB Windows Installation key and then run Setup on the USB Key.
This will launch the Repair and proceed normally.

When that is done, test again.

Thank you, John, I will make some time to repair Windows, it is a very good idea.

A new Windows profile did not resolve the problem with Microsoft Edge.
So then you need to try the Windows 10 Repair as described above. That process repairs numerous types of problems

John, the repair did not work, but it may look like I will have to decrypt the drive, before executing the repair.

My next troubleshooting step is to hide all services and disable none, Microsoft services.

Disabling all none Microsoft Services did not work, I will have to schedule some time to decrypt the  SSD, then run the repair again.
Thanks and I trust the Repair worked.
