Software for designing colorful newsletters

We need to produce colorful newsletters.  Which software enables us to that from adobe?  There are so many that it’s confusing which one I need and what the cloud version does.

Indesign is pretty good. I've used its predecessor, PageMaker, but I don't think it's available anymore.
 
Mictosoft Publisher works pretty well too, if that vendor tickles your fancy.

If you are open to an open source alternative, check out Scribus here.

It is available for Windows, Mac OSX, and Linux.  It isn't quite as polished as Adobe InDesign CC, but still a very nice app.
Canva, Adobe works fine.
